Hello again lovelies!

I wanted to share with you one of the most influential books I’ve read on mindfulness so you can pop it on your reading list!

Peace is in Every Step by Thich Nhat Hanh was such an important read for me.

Thich Nhat Hanh is a spiritual leader and Zen master that’s written various books on the power of positive thinking and mindfulness.

This book shows us how to use the beautifully ordinary parts of daily life as reminders to be true to ourselves and practice mindfulness. Thich Nhat Hanh often relates to his own experiences and practices. In doing this he encourages us to link back to our own lives and find peace in all of our daily tasks. This book truly teaches us to see the beauty in the ordinary.

Peace is in Every Step is fittingly simple and encourages simple practice or one simple goal: peace.

I got bought this as a gift a few years ago and I regularly pick it up when I need a reminder of it’s message. I hope you guys get as much from this book as I did!
