Top tip to shift a bad mood?  Dance around like a crazy thing for at least 4 mins, do a handstand and watch some funny clips of cats falling off things.

Top tip to shift a bad mood: I like to remind myself that even if it’s dark in this moment, the sun is still shining behind the clouds. Even if you can’t feel it’s warmth right now, you will feel it again and the cloudy weather will only help you to understand and appreciate the sunshine!
