Mantra for tension relief

Things getting a little much? It can be hard to remember to breathe properly when we’re tense. It’s important to take the time to make a moment to inhale the good vibes and exhale all of the stress.

Try the following mantra:

“I breathe in relaxation, I breathe out tension.”

This can help us to ensure we’re getting enough lovely nourishing oxygen and releasing all of the negativity.
