I thought I’d let you know about a lovely app that you can download that might help you to find a bit of mindfulness during this weird time!

Headspace (click here to register) is packed full of tools to help you live happier and healthier, such as guided meditations, stories and even soundscapes to help you sleep.

The guided meditations can even be narrowed down to specific subjects such as anxiety relief, stress and relationships and you get a new meditation delivered to your phone every day.

Headspace is free to try and a beautiful way to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life. They’ve even created a free selection of meditation, sleep and other tools specifically designed to provide support during the COVID-19 outbreak.

If you don’t fancy trying to app, the website also have an extensive bank of resources on their wonderful blog covering all kinds of wellness topics (click here to visit their blog). You can even search through subjects to find posts to give you a bit of guidance in specific areas.
