As an avid viewer of the hit reality series, The Real Housewives of Cheshire, Adam was very excited when he heard that Tanya Bardsley was opening her own boutique. He had already read her life coach book, and followed all her steps carefully. As directed in Tanya’s book, Adam had created his own vision board and visualised daily his ideal life.
Eager to meet Tanya, Adam travelled from Leeds to attend the boutique opening in Wilmslow. He instantly fell in love with shop and bought some ‘Positive Energy’ spray, candles, gratitude stones and a bracelet from the mens range. Adam and Tanya hit it off straight away as they were both such positive bubbly characters, it wasn’t hard to see why.
Feeling inspired, Adam came back the following week to attend an event. After hearing the boutique was recruiting, he took the plunge and enquired about the role. His job at the time was working in a call-centre, just how Tanya started out, and he’d been there thirteen years. Although he had made some firm friends, he yearned for something more in his life.
He was successful with his application and began his job at the boutique a week later. Initially he started one day a week, but as popularity grew and it opened Sunday’s, he increased to two days a week. Although he was commuting from Leeds, he loved every minute of his time in the boutique. He enjoyed the face to face interaction with the visitors whilst sharing his interest in positivity and goal setting.
Through sheer determination and positive thinking Adam was able to create the life he had always dreamt of. By writing down what he wanted to achieve and visualising what his ideal life looked like he was able to move forward and reach his goals. As stated by Tanya “ Preparation + Opportunity = Luck!”
Adam can be seen showcasing our products on the Tanya Bardo social media pages and is no stranger to the limelight having spent his younger years at stage school, appearing on TV and radio. His proudest moment was being a Sony Award Winner for Childline at the age of 15.
A few weeks later, Adam attended the launch of ‘Love My Sofa’, who decorated the boutique with their designs. Owner Madisson and Adam clicked straight away and he landed the most incredible position of full-time supervisor. Fear not, he will still be doing his two days at the boutique as well as taking the plunge and relocating to Cheshire. Prior to practising Tanya’s techniques, Adam felt he would not have been brave enough to give up the only job he had known for a very long time or leave the town he grew up in, and leave his family and friends. The book re-ignited his passion, determination and strength to reach his goals. In the space of three months, Adam has completely transformed his life, and turned his ‘dreams into reality’.
